UAC is currently pursuing active collaboration with several companies located world wide to bring enhanced sensory capabilities to our products.
The ability to sense and avoid while flying is paramount to any other mission we have in our pursuit of attaining regulatory certification for BLOS in a civilian market.
We are currently looking at several different technologies all of which have shown to be very promising at the scale of operations that we are contemplating. There are technologies out there currently deployed on commercial consumer grade devices that give their particular platforms some autonomous ability to avoid aerial hazards to navigation. Unfortunately they do not scale well to larger higher speed vehicles and so we have had to look for some other way to give our vehicles the ability to see whats around them and take appropriate action should there be any hazard present.
Without this type of technology on board there will not likely be any change in the BLOS regulations and advancing the state of the art in this is critical to any future Autonomous vehicle success in industry.
We look forward to new partnerships and some exciting developments.
