Aerospace Cornwall announced today it has partnered to launch the first UAS flight out of Cornwall Airport Newquay at a capability event in May 2019.
UAVAid will showcase its humanitarian Hansard drone platform at the event, the first UAS flight out of Cornwall Airport Newquay. This UK designed drone was made to improve the way aid agencies can react to disasters and enhance economic and healthcare development in the developing world. Each drone is capable of long-range cargo delivery, live streaming large space mapping and aerial movie, in infrastructure contexts. UAVAid has been operating with Aerospace Cornwall to assess the feasibility of moving production centers and its testing .
